OMELET!!!!

Alright fellow moms!! I know it is so hard to be healthy! But here is a delicious breakfast you can make or even have it for lunch! (I personally tend not to eat until lunch time)

What you need :

2 Egg Whites
1/4 of an Avocado
1/2 of a tomato
1/2 cup uncooked spinach
salt
pepper
garlic powder
coconut oil to grease the pan


1. Get out your favorite small skillet and put about a tablespoon of coconut oil in and let it melt (over medium heat)
2. mix salt, pepper, egg whites and garlic powder together and poor into pan once coconut oil has melted
3. While the egg whites are cooked, cut up your veggies!
4. Flip your omelet 
5. Put it on a plate and place your veggies on half of it. Then fold it over.
6.If it is for breakfast go ahead and poor yourself a cup of Joe to go with it! (Oh who am I kidding, poor some coffee at lunch time too๐Ÿ˜)
