Yummy Tuna Lunch


This is a simple and delicious lunch! Being a mom sometimes you can only use one hand to make yourself some food. The only hard one-handed task is getting the can open but it is possible. I promise😁

I season mine with garlic powder, a little chili powder, deli-style mustard, sweet relish and mayo.
Sometimes I wrap this in a lettuce wrap, eat it with celery or bell peppers. Or you can just eat it with a fork!
My husband on the other hand likes to eat it with crackers, but I would suggest not to. That would just add unnecessary carbs to a perfectly healthy meal. Lucky for Alex (my husband) I don't think he has gained a single pound in 10 years! So not fair..he is so fit
