Peanut Butter Quinoa Granola Bars/Squares

These are absolutely AMAZING!!

I have tried and corrected this recipe about three times and third time is the charm! This final batch is the best yet and I don't want to change a thing! I hope y'all enjoy them just as much as I do!

Ingredients:
2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
1 Cup Quinoa
1 3/4 Cups of Natural Peanut Butter *see note at the bottom*
1/2 Cup Honey
3 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
2 Tsp Sea Salt
2 Scoops Arbonne Chocolate Protein Powder
1/3 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
2 Tablespoons Dark Cocoa Powder
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Toast Oats and Quinoa for about 15 minutes
2. While oats are toasting, put Peanut Butter, Honey, Coconut Oil, Sea Salt, Arbonne Chocolate Protein Powder, Almond Milk and Cocoa Powder in a sauce pan. Over medium heat whisk until all ingredients are combined.
3. Put toasted Oats and Quinoa in a bowl - add in Chia Seeds. Then pour in Peanut Butter mix.
4. Using a spatula, mix until everything is evenly coated in Peanut Butter mixture.
5. Split mixture between 2 bread loaf pans lined with parchment paper. Press down with a spatula making it even on the top.
6. Place in the freezer for 30-45 minutes
7. Take out and cut into squares or bars and place in air tight container - store in fridge

*Peanut Butter Note*
At my grocery store they have an awesome machine to grind peanuts straight into a container yourself. IF you are using peanut butter with added ingredients and not just peanuts, you may need to adjust the amount of peanut butter in the recipe.

I hope y'all enjoy these as much as I do!
God Bless ๐Ÿ’–
